Reva helps you understand readiness, sleep, recovery, strain, workouts, HRV, resting heart rate, and related wellness trends using Apple Watch and Apple Health data you choose to share.

Privacy-first approach

Reva is built with a privacy-first approach. The core app experience does not require a Reva account, and your Apple Health data is only used when you choose to grant permission through Apple Health.

Reva is designed to keep health interpretation close to you. Sleep, recovery, strain, readiness scores, trends, and related wellness context are primarily calculated and shown on your device. Reva does not require uploading your full Apple Health history to a Reva account or custom health-data backend for the core app experience.

Where sync is supported, Reva uses Apple's platform services, such as iCloud, for supported app state. This helps keep your experience consistent across your Apple devices without requiring a separate Reva sign-up.

If you use optional AI or coaching-style features, Reva may use compact wellness summaries to generate a response. These summaries are designed to support personalized guidance without sending full raw Apple Health sample history.

Information you choose to share

Reva may use health and fitness data made available through Apple Health permissions, including sleep, workouts, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, activity, and related metrics. You can manage Apple Health permissions in the Health app or iOS Settings.

How Reva uses information

Reva uses the health and workout signals you choose to share to calculate readiness-style scores, show trends, summarize weekly patterns, provide post-workout context, and generate coaching-style wellness recommendations.

Reva's core wellness calculations are designed to work from Apple Health data on your device. Reva does not sell your health data and does not provide employer, admin, or third-party dashboards for viewing your personal health information.

If optional coaching or AI features are used, Reva may process compact summaries of your wellness context to generate a personalized response. These summaries may include score context, trends, workout context, recovery signals, or selected app context, but are not intended to include your full raw Apple Health history.

Support requests

If you submit the Support form, the name, email address, topic, and message you provide are used to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue you report.

Subscriptions and App Store purchases

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through your App Store account. Reva does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Wellness limitation

Reva is designed for wellness, fitness, and performance reflection. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
